LAW ENFORCEMENT REQUESTS
Tools for Humanity (TFH) is a US company based in San Francisco, California. As a US company, TFH responds to all properly served law enforcement process from US-based law enforcement agencies. Such agents should submit requests via our law enforcement portal, which is available at https://app.kodexglobal.com/tools-for-humanity/signin.
Law enforcement authorities outside of the United States should follow the applicable process for obtaining user data from U.S. companies, such as that specified in the relevant mutual legal assistance treaty (MLAT).
TFH also accepts law enforcement process from Germany, Singapore, and Kenya, as it has entities in each of these locations. The entities in these countries have no user data.
Please note that the World Foundation is a separate entity from TFH. Tools for Humanity and TFH understands that the World Foundation does not have access to any user data. You can find more information about the World Foundation here.
PRIVACY COMMITMENT
TFH is committed to maintaining the privacy of our users. Accordingly, each request will be reviewed for legality and we reserve the right to object to any data request made unlawfully.
EMERGENCY REQUESTS
If you are a law enforcement agent requesting information from TFH that is likely to prevent imminent death or serious bodily harm, please indicate this in your request using the Kodex portal.

Can TFH freeze or deliver virtual currency from an identified wallet?
No. TFH cannot access users' wallets.
Where can I find blockchain activity information for a specific wallet?
Currently, TFH World App Wallet users transact on the Optimism blockchain network and all transactions are publicly available here: https://optimistic.etherscan.io/ and worldscan.org.
